Bookings

All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a 30% deposit of the total amount.

Cancellations

In case of cancellation, the paid deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations less than 7 days before departure incur 100% of the total cost.

Liability

Travel at Morocco disclaims all liability in cases of force majeure, political events, or unforeseeable weather conditions.

Disputes

In case of dispute, Moroccan law applies and the courts of Marrakech have sole jurisdiction.
